What we collect

B2BOptix accesses your Shopify store’s order history (order date, SKU, quantity, and buyer location/company) to generate AI-powered reorder recommendations. We do not collect or store any personal customer information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.

How we use it

Order history data is used exclusively to:

Compute per-SKU reorder cycles and demand forecasts
Score items by purchase urgency using Claude AI
Surface personalized reorder recommendations in your Shopify checkout

We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose outside of providing the B2BOptix service.

Data storage

Processed order history and AI recommendations are stored in Google Cloud Storage within the us-central1 region. Data is scoped per store and isolated from other merchants.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall B2BOptix, your session data is deleted immediately. Store order history and AI recommendation files are deleted within 90 days of uninstallation in compliance with Shopify’s GDPR requirements.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your store’s data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
